The NCCREA has the most diverse membership of any association in China.  Our membership includes leading professionals from Real Estate Development, Brokerage, Lending, Investment Banking, Legal, Construction, Venture Capital and Private Equity  throughout China, Unites States, western and eastern Europe, India and Oceana.  Our membership is exclusive to demostrated C and MD-level leaders in their respective professions. NCCREA is not a marketing tool for those wishing to climb the corporate ladder. It's a professional organization of business leaders at the top levels of their profession.

We believe that the only way to understand the complex nature of the industry in China is through "hand-on" events. That's why 90% of our events are meetings and tours in the most dynamic cities in North-Central China with the most connected leadership in those cities.

The NCCREA also has the lowest cost of membership of any major association of its kind. Our Unique Value

NCCREA leadership comes from the real estate and entreprenurial world and not from the"association management" world.  We think that is imporatnt.  We understand how to develope a quality product and deliver it to our consumers/members in a manner that provides value.   As a result, one of the guiding principals of NCCREA is that arms-length expertise in China is no expertise at all.  The business culture is simply too complicated and cumbersome.  You have to look, touch, and physically make your way through the country to be taken seriously by the Chinese; you must connect directly with the business leaders doing the important work is this country and not just follow ill-conceived advice from media pudits and non-contiental "experts.  Unless you are taken seriously, you can not do any real business here. Although the NCCREA has membership from all over the world, our China based membership is clearly the most active . . .  but not the most important.

Those that are located in other countries and can't always make it to our events at least get the benefit of connection and commentary of those who have directly gained the knowledge of the event tours and presentations.  Thousands and thousands of our members have connected outside of the NCCREA and formed tremendously successful relatonships as a result.  Because we believe we present an honest forum for the real estate industry and all things swirling around it in China, we do stress to our off-shore membership that NCCREA affiliation does not automatically to make you an expert on this country.  You have to be here for that to happen.
