The North Central China Real Estate Association (NCCREA) is a national association of leading industry professionals.  With over 370,000 members worldwide, we are pleased to announce that, according to the National Bureau of Statistics, we are officially the largest association of its kind in China. Further, we acheived that status faster than any other professional association. The NCCREA primarily concentrates on issues that affect the 10 provinces and 2 municipalities that comprise North-Central China:  Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Hubei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaonin and Nei Meng Gu respectively. 

However, because our scope does include the central government hub of Beijing, all real estate professionals throughout China's 22 provinces, 4 municipalities, 5 autonomous regions and 2 special districts are encouraged to join and participate.  International membership is also encouraged.

Our membership is the most diverse of all associations in China and includes leading professionals in real estate development, brokerage, lending, investment banking, construction, venture capital, and private equity throughout China, United States, western and eastern Europe, India, and Oceana. 

NCCREA is an open forum for facts, trends and opinions regarding the increasingly dynamic markets in China.
