As of September 1, 2012, we have been granted a license to finally self publish our membership totals. Although these totals have always been avaliable through the National Bureau of Statistics, we are proud to finally state that our membership is over 370,000 members and still growing!
The NCCREA concept was first conceived in 2010 and launched in China in 2011 by NCCREA Founder and President, Jeff LoCastro. Mr. LoCastro is CEO of California Secured Investments, LLC.
With our headquarters located in the Shanxi Province of China and because of the unique value the NCCREA offers, membership throughout the world has grown rapidly. NCCREA is continually reaching out to individuals, groups and countries searching for opportunities for international cooperation and exchange of ideas and for promoting the internationalization of the industry. Mr. LoCastro believes the NCCREA membership should have a "hands-on" experience when connecting with industry in China. Business in China is conducted face-to-face and he therefore believes the only way to understand this economy is face-to-face. While others read about developments, deals, projects, and business scalability, NCCREA members get first hand experience and knowledge and learn from the deal makers, the business leaders and governmental operatives that make things work in the PRC.
Having built a stellar organization, Mr LoCastro has returned to US. As of June 5, 2012, he has promoted Mr. James Ming to NCCREA president. Prior to this role, Mr Ming was VP of Membership and a vital member of the executive team. The lessons of Mr. LoCastro's leadership are that the Association is not about the business of the Association, it's about our Members. Unless we provide value at every turn, we have failed. Mr. LoCastro's competitive spirit will continue to live at NCCREA. Our need to always be the best in the industry drives us. As such, we will continue to operate "lean and mean" to make certain we never become complacent. Mr. LoCastro's drive and passion will be missed, but the vision remains.
